MONTEROSA SKI

Champoluc is 34 km from the hotel, about 50 minutes by car.

Monterosa Ski unites three Alpine valleys in a single ski area, in front of the Monte Rosa massif and the Mont Avic Park between Valle d'Aosta and Piedmont. It has always been a destination for the most demanding skiers both for the care in preparing the slopes and for the excellent technological level of the ski lifts.
180 kilometers of slopes and 6 Alpine resorts :

All accessible with a single ticket, they connect the valleys supported by more than 400 feed points for the artificial snow cannons, a system that guarantees the possibility of skiing on about 180 km of slopes even in periods of low snowfall.
You can choose to spend a day crossing the whole area on skis starting from Champoluc and Frachey in Valle d'Ayas, crossing Gressoney-La-Trinité and arriving in Alagna in Valsesia; but you can also decide to experience a more intimate and intimate dimension of the area: Antagnod, Brusson and Gressoney-Saint-Jean are local stations that can be reached with convenient shuttle services or regular buses.

Champoluc-Frachey : the Champoluc area is part of the Monterosa Ski circuit; on its slopes intersect a series of slopes of various difficulties that allow the coexistence of every type of skier, from the beginner to the expert. One of the most evocative ski itineraries starts from Champoluc and Frachey and takes you on skis to Gressoney and Alagna, centers of the other two valleys that complete Monterosa Ski.
Its numerous and very modern lifts lead up to the 2727 meters of the Bettaforca hill, where they join those of the Gressoney Valley. From the Crest (1935 metres), the ski lifts go as far as Mount Sarezza, at an altitude of 2820. The slopes have a modern artificial snow system which guarantees the unfolding of the ski season throughout the winter until spring forwarded.
