SAINT GEORGE'S PATRON FESTIVAL

21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th April 2023

Every year the municipality of Hône organizes numerous initiatives on the occasion of the Patronal Feast of San Giorgio which take place on various days. For some years, a non-competitive but friendly foot race has been organized during the days that celebrate the patron saint.

20:30 Theatrical evening in the Multipurpose Hall

Saturday 22nd April
9 Opening of the photographic exhibition “Le couscrit de 18 an” in the municipal library

15:30 Meeting in the Multipurpose Hall
17 Departure young
18 Departure adults
19 Awards ceremony
19:30 Opening of the restaurant with mixed grill and shin inside the Pavilion in the public gardens
21:30 Dancing evening with Max Mania Tribute Band and dj Django (free admission)

Sunday 23rd April
10 Holy Mass at the Church of San Giorgio
11 Breaking of pots in Gossweiler square
12:30 Dinéi dou Patron enlivened by Orchestra Kiss inside the Pavilion in the public gardens
15 Treasure hunt through the streets of the town

Monday 24th April
19 Opening of the Street Food stand inside the Pavilion in the public gardens
20:30 Torchlight procession starting from the Priod chapel
21:30 Revival evening with indigo group and dj Django (free admission)

Wednesday 26th April
10 Festival of trees with kindergarten and primary school children inside the Pavilion in the public gardens
