DOP MORNING, FLAVORS OF THE MOUNTAINS

A journey to discover local places and traditions through the food and excellence of the Aosta Valley.
This itinerary, organized with the accompaniment of a food and wine expert, includes a visit to the fontine cave, in the Buic area, where more than 6,000 wheels of the famous Aosta Valley cheese are stored for maturing. The guide will talk about its characteristics, its processing and will also provide information relating to other D.O.P. products of the Aosta Valley such as Fromadzo, Lardo D'Arnad and Jambon de Bosses.
The D.O.P. morning ends with the tasting of the food and wine excellences presented during this tour, accompanied by a good glass of local wine.
